This course offers a number of in depth exercises, licks and techniques to improve your blues guitar playing and get you sounding like the all time greats. Similar to the classic "Rock Discipline" video by John Petrucci this video provides in depth analysis and examples of how to sound like Jimi Hendrix, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Buddy Guy and Jeff Beck. With PDF notation of all of the playing examples the course can be approached at whatever pace works best for the student.

A Berklee College of Music graduate (2012) Leyhe has performed/ recorded alongside some of the industry’s heavyweights including Buddy Guy, Jimmie Vaughan, Taj Mahal, Chris Cain, Charlie Musselwhite, Fantastic Negrito and Wyatt Flores. Premier Guitar goes so far as to say “Leyhe plays the best blues slide licks since Derek Trucks, maybe even Duane Allman”. Leyhe has worked with some of the biggest names in the business including the San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics, Monster jam, Pickup Music, Guitar Player Magazine, Premier Guitar Magazine, Vintage Guitar Magazine, SF Jazz, Bottlerock Napa, blue note, Salesforce, South by Southwest and more. Leyhe is dedicated to carrying the blues torch passed to him from mentors like Buddy Guy and is always working to push the limits of what slide guitar and the blues has to offer.
